When you send a message through a contact form, we receive the name you enter, your email address, an optional phone number, and the text of your message. If you write to us directly at info@cumngotoys.com, we keep that email thread. Alongside this, our hosting and analytics tools record technical data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate region, pages viewed, and the time of the visit. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any special category data, and we do not want you to send them through the forms.
Form submissions and emails are used to answer your question, arrange a course consultation, or follow up on an enquiry you started. Technical and analytics data helps us see which modules and pages actually get read, find broken links, and keep the platform stable under load. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and on legal obligations where record-keeping is required. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

We do not publish invented statistics, fake reviews, false endorsements, or claims of affiliation with organisations we have no agreement with. There is no manufactured urgency on this site and no guaranteed outcome attached to any course. If you spot something on a page that looks misleading or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
