Content is organized into modules that combine written explanations, code examples, and reference notes. Access is granted for personal study. The material is educational in nature and does not constitute professional consulting, certification, or a guarantee of employment in any specific role.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your access credentials private. Do not share login data, resell module access, or redistribute lesson content outside the platform. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, and attempts to bypass access controls are not permitted. We may suspend an account if there is clear evidence of misuse, and we will state the reason when we do.
Lesson texts, diagrams, exercise sets, and code samples published on the platform remain the property of Cumngo Technology Academy or the respective authors. You may use code snippets from the modules in your own projects. Republishing full modules, translating them, or offering them as part of another course requires written permission. Short quotations with a reference to the source are fine.
Technology topics age quickly, so modules are revised, extended, or retired when the underlying material is no longer accurate. We aim to keep the platform reachable, but maintenance windows, hosting incidents, or third-party outages can interrupt access. Planned downtime is announced in advance where possible. We do not guarantee that every module stays available in its current form indefinitely.
The learning material is provided as it stands. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a lesson, for code you deploy in your own environment, or for losses connected to interrupted access. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including cases of intent or gross negligence. If a technical fault on our side causes damage, our responsibility is limited to restoring access within a reasonable timeframe.
You can stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your account data. We may end access if these terms are repeatedly or seriously violated. When the terms themselves change, the updated version is published on this page with a revised date, and continued use after that point counts as acceptance.
